We never ask for a national ID unless legally required. We don't keep an email by default. And we don't upload a single photo to the cloud.

Your file is paper-based, locked in a cabinet, and transferred to a secure metal archive after two years.

We never send appointment reminders to another number without your consent. Your name is not used in marketing messages.

You can request full deletion of your file at any time with a brief visit and a signed ‘deletion request’ form.

Your name and phone are enough. We delete your full record within 3 business days and send a written confirmation.
